Thank you for submitting the intake form and uploading a credit report. Now, please read the legal services agreement. It states your share of the legal fees is $5,000 which must be paid up front. Just so you know, filing a lawsuit requires us to pay $400 to $500 in filing fees and a single deposition can cost $1,000 or more. So, your legal fees and costs will almost certainly exceed $5,000, but you are only required to pay the $5,000 out of pocket. Remember, if we do not succeed you will receive a refund.
